Albania is facing Coup d’état, Albanian FA Minister Milo said. Prime Minister Nano resigned at his post. Army tanks are in the streets of Tirana, and main reason for this is murder of Albanian opposition leader Hajdari.

European Parliament delegation in BiH addressed critics to OSCE, regarding technical errors during the voters registration process. European Parliament delegation also expressed their respects to BiH citizens, for their discipline, patience and democratic spirit during the elections.

BiH TV reporting team was apprehended and held in the police station in Banja Luka. The other team was banned to record in some locations in Siroki Brijeg, and the third team was attacked in Foca. The Independent Union of Journalists addressed a letter to the IMC, severely protesting against these events that took place in Banja Luka.

BiH Press reports that CDU Coalition won majority of votes in Bosnian/Podrinje canton, according to unofficial data, as well as in the Tuzla/Podrinje canton, while in Zenica/Doboj Canton, Central Bosnia Canton and Sarajevo Canton, CDU has the advantage compared to other coalitions and parties. The SDP BiH achieved the best results compared to other opposition parties and coalitions.

The HDZ BiH is pleased with percent and results of votes, Secretary of HDZ Elections Board Herceg said. Herceg added that more than 80% of people voted.

The RS Co-president Knezevic said that SNS President Plavsic leads with 57.2% before Nikola Poplasen, according to processed 89% of votes. BiH Presidency candidate, Radisic won 58.6% of votes and leads before Krajisnik, Knezevic said. Serb Radical Party for the RS said that candidates of Radicals and the SDS are leading according to 86.9% processed votes. They also said that Poplasen won 47.5% of votes, while Plavsic won about 37% of votes. According to Radicals statement, Krajisnik won 45.7% while Radisic has something more than 38% of votes.

NATO Secretary General Solana is pleased with BiH elections. Solana said that these elections show the interest of the people for the democratic process. Solana is looking forward full and correct implementation of election results, and hopes that elected leaders will respect the DPA.

Canadian monitoring group in Kosovo suffered an accident when their vehicle crossed over an explosive device, fortunately, only a woman in the team was slightly injured when the vehicle turned over. Pristina Human Rights Board said that 10.000-15.000 Albanian refugees are still in the Prokletije Mountains. FRY Army halted 3.000-4.000 Albanian refugees near Montenegrian town of Plav, and deported them to Albania, Kosovo Information Centre said.
