Sarajevo – The BiH delegation returned back to Sarajevo after their visit to Slovenia. Undoubtedly the Slovenian political top leaders support BiH in bilateral as well as in international co-operation, Mirza Hajric, advisor for Alija Izetbegovic and a participant in the talks, told the news upon arrival in Sarajevo. Besides political topics we discussed visas and economic issue, focusing particularly on defence of the rights of our citizens in the old savings matters, he concluded.

A Slovenian Parliamentary Delegation headed by its President Janez Podobnik, arrived in Sarajevo this morning. In the framework of the two day visit the distribution of significant donations for the medical institutions is foreseen.

Sarajevo – The Federal Agency for Privatisation confirmed to have put into circulation the forms for the purchase of apartments. The Trade Union believes that there are still many unclarified questions concerning price reductions on the purchase, as well as injustices towards pensioners and those who can not purchase an apartment for cash.

The Privatisation process and BiH CoM decisions relating to this process, were the key topics of the Public Tribune held in Mostar. Haris Silajdzic, CoM Co-Chair, who attended the gathering, condemned privatisation on the entity level and supported adoption of the State Law on the privatisation as soon as possible. Silajdzic hailed Carlos Westendorp’s demand for the same. Still, the most important thing relating to this topic is that the law foresees a possibility for a revision of purchase, Silajdzic said.

The DPA inter entity line divides their village, their houses, their families and even their cemeteries > Kolakovici residents are ready to return to their village, repair their houses and despite everything, continue to live there again.

Prijedor and Sanski Most – A return of Bosniaks to their homes in Prijedor should be discussed at tomorrow’s meeting which will attend the UNHCR and OSCE representatives. In fact the Prijedor Declaration which had received a green light, foresees a return of all to their homes, but the Prijedor Parliament, instead of accepting such a Declaration, replaced it with the so called Prijedor Initiative which favours Croats remaining in Bosniaks’ houses.

Sarajevo – Federation President Ejup Ganic in accordance with his Constitutional Authorities, granted amnesty to soldiers who were convicted for acts against private and social ownership as well as against safety of public transport, during the war. Granting this amnesty Ganic bore in mind that some courts have exercised too strong a punishment in order to secure the legal stability of BiH in the war situation.
