From Prof. Filipovic’s point of view, the arbitrage process was established in Brcko through the excessive use of force and unprecedented genocide, and not through the justice and legislature. Judge Sadikovic felt that corridor is not a legal argument for the arbitrage, and Prof. Komsic stated that Milosevic will, after receiving Brcko, sacrifice Dodik and his Government. Their joint stance is that Brcko should be awarded to the BiH Federation. Prof. Filipovic said that non-attendance of the international representatives who were invited, showed that they were not willing to face the legal facts and material truth, but are engaged in buying followers who support the HR’s carriage.
