Humanitarian disaster in Kosovo is prevented for now. Still, NATO, assisted by Russia continues pressure on FRY President Milosevic to completely fulfil International Community demands on Kosovo. The Hague Tribunal accused FRY Government for avoiding to extradite the people indicted for war crimes. The Tribunal stated in their report to the UN Security Council, that FRY persistently refuses co-operation, and appealed on the International Community to take measures in order to enable co-operation from official Belgrade.
