Zagreb
The Government of the Republic of Croatia announced that new documents on the Blaskic case, which the former authorities did not want to hand over to the Hague Tribunal, were found. The Croatian Prime Minister, Ivica Racan, said at the special press conference that his Government will submit documents which might change the verdict on Tihomir Blaskic. The Hague
The Hague Tribunal Spokesperson confirmed that Dragoljub Prcac, indicted for war crimes and arrested by SFOR near Prijedor, was transferred to the Hague last night around 11.00 p.m. After his arrival, all 36 detention cells of the Tribunal were fulfilled. Dragoljub Prcac, together with another seven Serbs from BiH were indicted in February 1998 for war crimes committed in the concentration camp Omarska during 1992. Prijedor
This was followed by a piece on the Rade Mikanovic, who was arrested with Dragoljub Prcac. He was released last night because he was not on the Hague Tribunal’s list. Today, Rade Mikanovic was transferred to the Prijedor hospital, OBN reporter from Prijedor, Milena Letic-Joves confirmed for TV INFO.
Banja Luka
This morning, in Banja Luka and several other towns in of RS, posters with the RS ex President, Nikola Poplasen, occurred. The posters were printed for the parliamentary elections in 1997 when Nikola Poplasen was a candidate of the Serb Radical Party for President of the RS. On March 5th last year, the High representative in BiH dismissed Poplasen. Recently, the Serb Radical Party was forbidden to participate in the municipality elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Sarajevo
The Common Military Commission of BiH has been preparing a data base with access for both entities’ armies in order to provide transparency of their work. The first reports should be completed by March 15th. This is one of the SFOR actions through which they want to build up trust in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After a session of the Permanent Military Commission, an announcement on the establishing of military officers schools for entities’ armies was made. Banja Luka
The Headquarters of the RS Army is moving from Bijeljina to Banja Luka.
In order to provide accommodation for officers, it is necessary to move out some fifty officers of the Banja Luka garrison currently placed in the Krajina hotel. However, their moving out was postponed for the time being because no alternative accommodation was provided. The piece for TV INFO was produced by OBN reporter from the area, Darko Savic.
World
Some five weeks after the fall of Grozny, fighting in Chechnya is still heavy, especially in the South of the country. The Russian Acting President, Vladimir Putin, said that there is a possibility that Russia could become a member of NATO, but only if it was recognised as an equal partner. Israeli planes have been bombing the security zone in the South of Lebanon for the fourth day in a row. Reports on the Czech Republic, Kosovo and Yugoslavia followed. Kozarac
In Kozarac, one of the most destroyed places in Bosnia and Herzegovina, some 150 Serb refugees still live in a collective center. Living conditions are very difficult and the World Food Program announced the stopping of aid for the center as from April 1st, OBN reporter from the area, Dragan Stanimirovic, confirmed.

The Center of Civil Initiative and a network of 160 non-governmental organisations started a campaign of civil monitoring of the municipality elections scheduled for April. The item was produced by OBN reporter, Meliha Hasanbegovic.
This was followed by a piece on the signing of an agreement between the BiH Ministry of Trade and Economic Relations and the International Financial Corporation on the spreading of activities of the International Corporation to private business in BiH and in the Balkan region, OBN reporter, Anes Alic, confirmed.
A report on the Canton Sarajevo Ministry of Health program of prevention of drug addiction, alcoholism and other addictions under the auspices of the International League of Humanists was produced by Slobodan Maksimovic.
