Hague
The International Hague Tribunal has formally raised charges against the President of the Federal Republic Yugoslavia, Slobodan Milosevic, for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Kosovo, the Principal Prosecutor of the Tribunal, Louise Arbour, announced.
Co-chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers, Svetozar Mihajlovic, commented raising of charges against Milosevic for TV Info.
Bonn
At the meeting of senior officials from some thirty countries in Bonn, regarding establishment of the pact for stability in the Balkans, it was announced that the Pack for Stability in the Balkans could be finalized until the end of June.
Belgrade
OBN reporter from Belgrade, Tatjana Stankovic, sent her report about NATO strikes on Belgrade. During the last 24 hours, NATO planes performed 741 flights.
In the period of one year, more than 500,000 people were expelled from Kosovo. Some 42,000 houses and flats were destroyed.
Sarajevo
The High Representative, Carlos Westendorp, issued a Decision suspending the power of authorities in both Entities to re-allocate and dispose of certain types of socially-owned land.

A session of the RS Government was held today in Banja Luka. The Government members discussed the current security situation in the RS.

Although the draft law did not pass the complete parliamentary procedure, the BiH Federation Government has adopted draft law on the Federal Radio and Television.
Banja Luka
The Ambassador of the Republic Turkey in BiH met today in Banja Luka with the RS Prime Minister and Vice President. They were discussing political conditions for implementation of 10 projects in RS, funded by Turkey.
Mostar
The International Mediator, Christian Schwartz Schilling, met with the officials of the Herzegovina – Neretva Canton. They were trying to find solutions for the problems of government in the canton.
This was followed by a piece on delivery of certificates in East Mostar.
