The SFOR arrested Dragan Nikolic, the indicted war criminal yesterday. He was transported in the Hague during the night. The Hague Tribunal finds him responsible for crimes in Vlasenica. The NATO Secretary General, George Robertson said that this is the 7th arrest since he has come to this position in November last year. The report was produced by Vedran Persic.

The DM is now worth 23 Montenegro dinars. Daily changes are possible. According to the Monetary Council decision, the basic groceries will be purchased for DM only from Monday. Great Britain is ready to finance agricultural reforms in Zimbabwe, if they stop attacking white farmers, announced the British Foreign Ministry. The Zimbabwe President accused white farmers of giving financial support to the leading opposition party in the country.

After the investigation of the Tax Administration, the company “Dubrava vino” from Celjevo, near Capljina was accused of illegal production and sale of alcohol. The tax inspectors confiscated more than one million litres of alcohol. The collection of tax for domestic products is increasing, whereas the tax collection for imported products decreased.
