The Office of the High Representative understands the Federation comments on the Annex of the Brcko final Award are now in the public domain for reasons unknown.
The High Representative and the Supervisor have no connection whatsoever with the comments of the Federation. The Federation’s use of the Supervisor’s name in a draft Statute was made without prior consultation with the Supervisor. The Supervisor has not approved the use of his name in the draft Statute.
The draft Statute has no standing in the eyes of the Office of the High Representative except insofar as it constitutes part of the Federation’s submission for the consideration of the Presiding Arbitrator.
