Dear Mr Buro:
This letter has the legal effect of amending the Supervisory Order of 15 September 2006, enacting as Laws of Brcko District the Law on Public Property of Brcko District of BiH and the Law on the Public Attorney’s Office of Brcko District of BiH.
Article 9(e) of the Law on Public Property of Brcko District of BiH is hereby annulled and, from the date of this letter, shall have no further legal effect.
This amendment takes effect upon the date of this letter. I hereby direct that this letter be published forthwith in the Official Gazette of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
