The High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, has appointed Peter Kidd and Philip King Alcock as International Prosecutors in the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina . The appointment is for a two-year term and is effective immediately.
