The Heads of international agencies involved in education reform (OSCE Mission to BiH, The Office of High Representative, European Commission, Council of Europe and World Bank), EU presidency Ambassadors and the Ambassador of Norway yesterday discussed the current situation and 2006 reform priorities in the BiH education sector.

They expressed their deep concern over lack of progress in the overall education reform process and agreed that among a number of issues deserving the urgent attention of the BiH authorities, the top priorities for 2006 should be the establishment of the education agency at state-level and the speedy adoption and implementation of pending education laws, starting with the new draft Higher Education law.
