Bugojno Investigation
Sarajevo, 9 February 1999 The OSCE and the OHR regret that Mayor Dzevad Mlaco has again chosen to use Dnevni Avaz to attack the work of the Federation Ombudsmen through the Ombudsperson Branka Raguz.
