High Representative Appoints New International Member of State and Entity HJPCs
The High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, today issued a Decision appointing Judge Carlos Jorge Martins Ribeiro, a Portuguese Civil and Criminal Law Judge, an international member of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Councils of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), the Federation of BiH (FBiH) and the Republika Srpska (RS).
