The High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, today issued a Decision appointing Judge Carlos Jorge Martins Ribeiro, a Portuguese Civil and Criminal Law Judge, an international member of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Councils of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), the Federation of BiH (FBiH) and the Republika Srpska (RS).

The International Community is setting up a Task Force to monitor the investigation into the ORAO affair by the RS authorities.
