BiH Has to Prove it Has the Maturity for Ownership
Following the failure of the first attempt to change the constitution, and now facing slow progress on police restructuring, Bosnia and Herzegovina must demonstrate that it has the ability to continue on the reform path to Europe, the High Representative, Christian Schwarz-Schilling, told a conference of civil society activists on Saturday.

High Representative Appoints International Judge Prosecutors to Court of BiH
The High Representative, Christian Schwarz-Schilling, has appointed Marie Tuma as International Judge in Section I for War Crimes of the Criminal and Appellate Divisions and in Section II for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Criminal and Appellate Divisions of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

RS Palic Commission Report Received
The OHR today received the report and annexes from the RS’s ‘Palic Commission’ as requested by the HR on January 19. The Human Rights Commission in their final ruling of 16 January 2006 found that the RS authorities have failed to provide adequate details to establish the facts of the disappearance of Colonel Avdo Palić after the fall of Žepa.
