The Supervisor welcomes Brčko joining the Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy to access the UNDP co-founding to retrofit Brčko’s 187 public buildings to be energy efficient.

A meeting was held today between the Principal Deputy High Representative and Brčko District Supervisor Michael Scanlan, representatives of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation, the US Department of Justice, the Brčko District Chief Prosecutor, and the Chief of Police.

“There have been no new cases of COVID-19 in Brčko in over a month, an accomplishment the entire community should be proud of, and the authorities’ diligent work praised for,” the Principal Deputy High Representative and Brčko District Supervisor Michael Scanlan underscored today.

As of May 7, there are no active cases of COVID-19 in Brčko. This is excellent news and affirmation that if a community stands together for a common goal, great things can be accomplished, the Principal Deputy High Representative and Brčko District Supervisor Michael Scanlan said today.
