Bidding for OHR Vehicles

The Office of the High Representative will sell following vehicles by process of sealed bid auction, ref. no WO/01/2002. Vehicles to be sold are as follows:                          

Following conditions apply:

Viewing of vehicles will be held on 2 July 2002, at the OHR Transport Facility located at Zmaja od Bosne 13 from 9:00 until 17:00 hours.

Potential bidders will be asked to supply identification at the time of viewing.

All vehicles will be sold ‘AS IS’, in current condition without guarantee or warranty. All costs relating to transfer of ownership including those re-registration, transport, repair and /or export shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Diplomatic registration plates cannot be transferred.

OHR shall accept no liability arising from the use of these vehicles after sale.

Bids must be received in a sealed envelope no later than 15:00 hours, 4 July 2002 and include following information:

• Name, telephone number and address of Bidder
• Lot number and offered price.

Separate bids must be submitted for each lot. Envelopes must be marked with reference number WO/01/2002, name of the bidder and lot number and submitted to the following address: OHR Procurement Section, Emerika Bluma 1, 71000 Sarajevo, BiH.

Bids will be opened and reviewed on 8 July 2002 by a panel of OHR officers. The sale will be awarded to the highest bidder. The successful bidder will be notified by telephone and given 72 hours to pay for and pick up the vehicles from time of notification. All payments are to be made in cash or by bank transfer before the pick-up at which time the successful buyer will be required to sign a transfer of ownership document. OHR will not store vehicles after payment.

Award will be withdrawn if this or any condition stated herein is not met and award will go to the next highest bidder.

OHR reserves the right to end the bidding without sale.

Ured Viskog Predstavnika (OHR) Sarajevo izvršit će prodaju sljedećih vozila putem ponuda u zatvorenim kovertama, broj WO/01/2002.

Prodaja ce se izvršiti uz sljedeće uslove:

Vozila će se moći pogledati 02.07.2002. u krugu OHR Transport Sektora u ulici Zmaja od Bosne br. 13 u vremenu od 9.00 – 17.00 sati.

Prije razgledanja vozila potencijalni kupci se trebaju predstaviti i identificirati.

Vozila se prodaju u zatečenom stanju bez garancije. Svi troškovi vezani za prenos vlasništva, uključujući i one koji se odnose na preregistraciju, transport, opravku i/ili izvoz vozila su isključiva odgovornost kupca. Diplomatske registarske tablice nisu prenosive.

OHR neće prihvatiti bilo kakve obaveze koje proisteknu iz upotrebe vozila poslije njihove prodaje.

Ponude u zatvorenim kovertama se primaju do 15:00 sati, 04.07.2002. godine i treba da sadrže sljedeće informacije:

• Ime i prezime, broj telefona i adresu ponuđača. 
• Redni broj  ponude i ponuđenu cijenu.

Za svako vozilo treba dostaviti posebnu ponudu. Na koverti treba da je naznačeno ime ponuđača, broj ponude, referenca WO/01/2002, a koverte treba biti dostaviti na sljedeću adresu: OHR Sektor Nabavke, Emerika Bluma 1, 71000 Sarajevo, BiH.

Koverte će biti otvorene i razmatrane dana 08.07.2002 od strane OHR službenika. Vozilo će biti prodato ponuđaču koji ponudi najveću cijenu. Najbolji ponuđač ce biti obavješten telefonom i u roku od 72 sata od obavještenja će morati da uplati i preuzme vozilo. Uplata vozila će se izvršiti u gotovini ili putem bankovnog transfera prije preuzimanja, kada će se od kupca tražiti da potpiše dokument o prenosu vlasništva. OHR neće čuvati vozila nakon izvršenog plaćanja.

Ukoliko najuspješniji ponuđač ne ispuni sve gore navedene uslove, vozilo će biti ponuđeno sljedećem najuspješnijem ponuđaču.

OHR zadržava pravo da okonča konkurs bez prodaje vozila.
