Albanian sources from Kosovo reported that 15 Kosovo Liberation Army soldiers were killed in yesterday’s conflicts in the region of Prizren, and that Serbian forces continued military operations today, progressing toward settlements in Prizren suburban area. Information centre reported that 15.000 people from Prizren spent last night under the open sky.

Two more Bosniak houses were destroyed in explosion in Stolac said UN spokeswoman, Moore at the press conference of international organisations held in Mostar. Moore said that this was 42nd incident in Stolac since March 24 this year, and none of these cases were solved. The main issue of the conference was refugee return to the Herzegovina/Neretva Canton. Commenting on HR Westendorp’s decision to prolong the interim arrangement of the Mostar Airport administration for another six months, OHR regional head Sir Martin Garrod said that it was impossible to transfer management of the airport to the City of Mostar authorities, considering that this institution is not functioning at all.

92 percent of murder cases in BiH Federation were solved so far, said the Federation Internal Affairs Minister, Zilic, after the meeting Zilic, and his deputy Leutar held with HN Canton Minister, Coric and his deputy Dziho. BiH and BiH Federation Government sent new convoy of aid to 100 more houses of returnees to Brcko. Most of the aid was construction material. Brcko citizens expressed their gratitude to President Izetbegovic, as the initiator of this action and said that the State of BiH is their best friend after all.

TPK Canton Government will provide 1 million DEM aid for areas in the separation zone, in the Federation and the RS where refugees already returned. The aid will mostly be consisted of construction material and is supposed to be delivered in the following month.
