Yugoslav anti air craft defense shot down three NATO planes yesterday over Kosovo.- FRY army SRT correspondent from Belgrade reports about last night’s attacks. SRNA correspondent from Nis reports about attacks in that area. Humanitarian convoy from Greece carrying food and medicines entered Serbia today.

ICRC President, Samaruga visited Yugoslav Red Cross. Humanitarian issues were addressed.

FRY Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jovanovic sent a letter to the UN Security Council chairman calling him to start the initiative which would condemn NATO aggression. Kofi Annan said that any kind of military presence in Kosovo would require UN approval.

Jamie Shea said that it is good to have the UN resolution if we can get one, he said, but it is good to have the door open in case the Council is blocked as in Kosovo case. The UN resolution when it is possible and without it whenever it is necessary.

Wesley Clark arrived in Tirana.

Jamie Shea said that NATO would retaliate should Yugoslavia put its neighbors in danger for supporting NATO aggression.

Igor Ivanov said that Russia would not join oil embargo against Yugoslavia. Reports about protest demonstrations in Serbia and the world. BiH delegation is to travel to Strasbourg to the Council of Europe session. The situation in BiH would be addressed on the second day of the session. Radisic, Jelavic, Izetbegovic and Carlos Westendorp should talk before the assembly.

The RS Prime Minister, Dodik offered the SDS five minister seats in the RS Government.

Safet Bico confirmed that CD coalition would attend the continued RS NA session on Tuesday.

SFOR troops arrested three RS citizens last night near Vlasenica. The same were released few hours later with the explanation that it was a mistake. Car of the RS Minister of Information, Rajko Vasic, was set on fire last night in front of his building. Vasic did not want to comment.
