Brcko District Supervisor, Ambassador Roderick Moore today congratulated Brcko District Police on yesterday’s police operation code named ”Skuter” aimed at tackling production and distribution of narcotics in northeastern Bosnia.
The operation, led by the Brcko District Police and carried out in coordination with Police officers from Tuzla and Posavina Cantons and the RS Police from Bijeljina, resulted in a large quantity illegal drugs being seized and over 20 suspected drug dealers being apprehended.
“Yesterday we saw the results of dedication and professionalism” said Supervisor Moore. “This is one more example of how successful joint actions are.”
Across BiH, people want to see the fight against crime and corruption stepped up. This action shows that police and prosecutors can meet the challenge and in this they deserve the unreserved support of political leaders from across BiH.
