OHR welcomes today’s establishment of the Higher Education Law Task Force and a Working Group to work under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Terzic with the urgent task of producing the text of a state-level Higher Education Law fully in line with the Bologna Process and with Bosnia and Herzegovina’s other international obligations in the area of higher education.
“OHR is encouraged by the commitment of all interested parties to produce a Higher Education Law that will include all the elements of the Bologna Process and the Lisbon Recognition Convention, starting with the creation of integrated and autonomous universities,” the Senior Deputy High Representative, Martin Ney, said after the inaugural session of the Task Force.
