The Office of the High Representative is requesting proposals from qualified companies for award of contract for media monitoring services to cover BiH and regional media.
I – Subject of the Tender

Initial contract is for period 1 October 2023 – 30 June 2024 (nine months) with possibility of extension for further 12 months (1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025), pending availability of funding.
5. Estimated Contract Value
The maximum budget for this tender is 73.450,00 KM excluding VAT for period 1 October 2023 – 30 June 2024.
6. Short Description
The Office of the High Representative invites companies to submit proposals for awarding a contract for media monitoring and related services on a daily basis to cover BiH and regional media on main BiH political, social and economic issues as well as OHR related issues. Media monitoring should include selection of TV, print and online media.
