Principal Deputy High Representative Michael Scanlan met today in Sarajevo with a delegation of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly International Secretariat led by the Vice President and Special Representative on South East Europe Azay Guliyev to discuss the current political situation in BiH. They underscored the importance of dialogue and functioning state institutions.
