Hearne addressed a group of university students from the United States enrolled in the American University Brussels’ European Union Program led by Professor and Director Jerome W. Sheridan. PDHR Hearne talked about the political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the role of the OHR in the country’s transition process.
