Principal Deputy High Representative, Donald Hays, held a meeting today in Banja Luka with the Director of the RS Tax Administration, Milica Bisic, Director of the RS Banking Agency, Dusanka Novakovic and Directors of the leading banks in Republika Srpska: Milenko Vracar-Nova Banjalucka Bank, Slavica Milikic- K.B. Hypo Bank, Ljiljana Todorovic- Bobar Bank, Mico Vracar- Development Bank of Southeast Europe, Radovan Bajic- VB Bank, Ranko Labovic- Zepter Bank, Slavisa Rakovic- Nova Bank, Dragoslav Popovic- Privredna Bank Serb Sarajevo and Saulius Zostautas- Balkan Investment Bank. He informed them of the measures the international community was taking today against key individuals whose criminal activities were supporting indicted war criminal Radovan Karadzic. He also set out the actions that the banks would be obliged to undertake.
