Stressing its renewed commitment toBosnia and Herzegovina yesterday the EU Foreign Ministers expressed “particular concern over the lack of progress towards the implementation of the October 2005 agreement on police restructuring.”

Constitutional reform and police restructuring should immediately be taken forward to boost Bosnia and Herzegovina ’s Euro-Atlantic integration prospects, the High Representative and EU Special Representative, Christian Schwarz-Schilling, said in Brussels today.
