In accordance with paragraph 37 of the Brcko Final Arbitral Award of March 5, 1999 and paragraph 2 of the Annex of August 18, 1999;
Recalling the Supervisory Order of March 21, 2000 appointing the members of the Interim Assembly of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
Bearing in mind the Code of Conflict of Interest for the Councilors of the Interim Assembly of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
Taking into consideration the report of the Mandate-Immunity Commission of the Interim District Assembly of April 9, 2001, establishing the conflict of interest for 5 Councilors;
I hereby issue the following Order:
The appointments of the following persons are revoked from the position of the Councilors of the Interim District Assembly:
Mr. Miodrag Pajic (SDS) Mr. Mato Jurisic (NHI) Mr. Dragan Pajic (SNSD) Mrs. Janja Antic (HDZ) Mrs. Adela Bozic (Independent)The following persons are appointed Councilors of the Interim District Assembly to serve until elections are held for the Assembly of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina:
Mr. Milorad Jovic (SDS) Mr. Anto Garic (NHI) Mr. Ilija Pajic (SNSD) Mr. Pero Gudeljevic (HDZ) Mr. Anto Pranjkic (independent)Councilor Milenko Simikic is appointed Vice – President of the Interim District Assembly.
Newly appointed Councilors and Vice – President are mandated to take up their appointments and carry out their duties in accordance with the “Statute of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina” dated March 8, 2000.
This Order shall have immediate effect and shall be published in the Brcko District Official Gazette.
