The RS Prime Minister, Milorad Dodik, and the High Representative to B&H, Carlos Westendorp, attended a ceremony marking the official opening of the rebuilt health centre in Rogatica. The reconstruction of this facility was helped by the European Commission and the government of Portugal. The RS Prime Minister also visited Serb Gorazde, where he opened the completely reconstructed “Hladnjaca” company, whose production capacity was restored by credits from the Serb State Bank, Kristal Bank and the RS Government.

Members of the expert team and the RS State Commission for the exchange of POWs and Missing Persons today exhumed 35 bodies of Serb soldiers and civilians, killed during the war in 1995, from a mass grave in the village of Caprazlije and two bodies from a grave in the village of Provo in the municipality of Grahovo. Today’s exhumation is the beginning of the exhumation process of mass graves located in the municipalities of Grahovo and Livno in which more than 100 bodies are expected to be found.

A delegation of the RS government, led by the deputy prime minister and the minister of labour, veteran and war victims issues, Tihomir Gligoric, will leave for The Hague tomorrow. During the three-day visit, the delegation will meet with representatives of the Hague Tribunal. The delegation will also visit 10 Serbs, accused of war crimes, currently detained in The Hague.

The RS Minister of Finance, Novak Kondic, met today with the B&H Central Bank Governor, Peter Nicholl, and vice-governors, Ljubisa Vladusic and Darko Kovacevic. They talked about final preparations for the introduction of the Convertible Mark in the B&H payment system. The same issue was discussed at a press conference held by the B&H Central Bank Governor today.

Representatives of the Norwegian Agency for Development and the RS Government today signed the protocol on donations of the Norwegian government for reconstruction projects for the RS electricity and water supply systems. The total amount of these donations is $ 12 million.
