Fourth donors’ conference in Brussels is over. $ 1,250,000,000 was approved for the development, reconstruction and the reforms in BiH. According to the expectations of the RS delegation, more than $ 400 million should go to our Republic.
Expressing the satisfaction at the outcome of the two-day international gathering, the RS Prime Minister Dodik stated for the SRT that the new RS Government was given a generous support at the meeting of the international financiers.

The RS President Biljana Plavsic talked today with His Royal Majesty Prince Aleksandar Karadjordjevic. During a several-hour talk, the prince expressed the unambiguous support to the efforts of the RS President Biljana Plavsic in fighting for the position that the RS should have in the world. He expressed the readiness to contribute himself to the efforts in order to have the IC accept the Serbs as the side that advocate the peace and the full implementation of the DA.

The RS Government delegation was in Sipovo today. They talked with the municipal officials about the reconstruction of the local management. They also discussed the problem of the Serb radio “Sipovo” that turned out to be, under strange circumstances, the local SDS station.

Minister of Interior in the RS Government Milovan Stankovic held a press conference in BL today. He spoke about the ongoing issues in this very important sector. Stankovic withdrew his resignation, submitted at the beginning of April, because he realized that the MUP basic tasks were completely fulfilled since his coming to the post of the Minister.

The representatives of the international organizations held a regular press conference in SA today. The OHR members informed, inter alia, about the work of the IMSLC in BiH. The spokesman for OHR Simon Haselock and the president of the international expert team John Watkinson announced that this Commission would be established soon on the authority of the Bonn Declaration and Dayton Agreement.
The spokesman for OSCE Nicole Szulc informed the journalists about the beginning of the registration of the voters for the September elections. The voters registered in 1997 are obliged to register at the local election commissions.
The spokesman for UN Alexander Ivanko announced the inauguration of the joint police in Canton 10 tomorrow at 13:00 hrs.

The International Tribunal in The Hague dropped the charges against 5 Serbs from the RS. The judge is going to decide today on dropping 9 more charges against the Serbs. According to the news agency SRNA, the reason for this is the lack of any evidence in these cases.
