News Summary

Kupres Municipal Head Rastogorac is illegal occupant of Serb apartment

Head of the Kupres Municipality Milan Rastogorac is an illegal occupant of a Serb apartment, reported ONASA. Because of this, a family of Serb returnees cannot return to their home. Another illegal occupant of a Serb house is Head of the Municipal Department for Architecture and Space Planning Ilija Barasic, who is directly responsible for the implementation of property laws. They both have their own houses, which were reconstructed with IC donations, but do not want to move, concluded an ONASA report.
