25 hours after the tragedy of Swiss airplane, another incident occurred near Newfoundland. None of the crewmembers or passengers was harmed, and the pilot also reported smoke in the cockpit but succeeded in forced landing in Newfoundland. UNHCR spokesman Janovski said the people from UNHCR who died in the Swiss airplane crash were brave people, on duty in the most dangerous parts of the world.

Thanks to the professional action of colleagues from Studio 99 TV, BiH TV has the opportunity to broadcast a part of exclusive interview with BiH Presidency President Izetbegovic. Answering the question about revision of Dayton, and real and not only declarative support of the world, Izetbegovic said: “There is the international consensus on the state of BiH, recognised by all countries in the world. Those who wish to make revisions of Dayton will not pass by us, we shall preserve BiH, Bosniak people will preserve BiH, and after all there is no BiH without Croats and Serbs. The one, who does not want to accept this, he accepts division of BiH. Bosniaks cannot make BiH by themselves; we have to seek for mutual interests.”

Negotiations between BiH and Croatia on Ploce Harbour and transfer through Neum continued this morning, and were ended tonight. The draft agreement was made for the benefit of both sides, international mediators said. The agreement enables BiH to approach the coast use the Ploce Harbour and the free trade zone. Simultaneously, sovereignty of the Republic of Croatia is protected, and free Croatian transfer through Neum is also enabled. HR Senior deputy Klein said that the International Community strongly supports the agreement as a whole.

Vienna is hosting the conference on BiH identity. Main issues at the first day of the conference were “emerging of a nation” matters of “federal and modern society” and “citizens and human rights to self-declare.” Matters of religion, language and literature were also discussed. BiH CoM Co-chairman Silajdzic met with Austrian officials, including Austrian FA Minister Schissel. Silajdzic also said he met with Austrian former FA Minister Mock. At this meeting, Silajdzic informed Mock that there is a campaign in BiH to prove there was no genocide or aggression here, that a campaign of equating the sides is taking place, which is a violation of historical truth of what happened in BiH.

Visit of Slovenian President Kucan to Sarajevo is scheduled for Monday. Kucan will meet with BiH Presidency President Izetbegovic and CoM Co-chairman Silajdzic. Announced issues of Kucan -Izetbegovic meeting are refugee return, succession of SFRY property, dual citizenship, matters of Kosovo, and debts of “Ljubljanska Banka” toward BiH citizens.

Serbian Police and military forces are progressing in Kosovo. Fighting is continued in Orahovac and Malisevo municipalities, and in the area of Prizren, Serbian forces killed 35 and arrested 30 Kosovo Liberation Army soldiers. Albanian leader Rugova demanded from official Belgrade to enable humanitarian aid to Albanian refugees in Kosovo.
