TV BiH News Summary:

OSCE should withdraw decision on BiH Federation House of Peoples and HDZ its decision on All-Croat referendum – SDA (00:23)

According to SDA, the decision of the HDZ and a number of Croat parties to convene an All-Croat National Congress was obviously influenced by a mistaken decision by the OSCE Head of Mission to change the composition of the BiH Federation House of Peoples. SDA calls HDZ’s reaction “unacceptable” since the BiH Constitution cannot be changed with unilateral decisions. Therefore, SDA believes that the OSCE should withdraw its decision regarding the BiH Federation House of Peoples and HDZ its decision on an All-Croat referendum.
