Yugoslav president Milosevic has got 56 hours to fulfil demands of UN and NATO. NATO keeps following the situation in the field and is not satisfies with implementation of their demand so far. Solana arrived to Belgrade tonight in order to hold the meeting regarding the agreement on military monitoring flights of the alliance Albanian courser claim that Serbian forces are contacting a regrouping of their forces under the mask of so-call withdrawal. BiH Presidency member Izetbegovic met with HR Westendorp and OSCE Mission Head Barry, discussing the matters of procedure and criteria for electing the new Presidency member should this post be eventually available.

Federation Government held a session discussing the amounts of minimum wages in BiH. The Government made a decision that the minimum wage in BiH should be 200 KM, and not 130 KM as up to date.

Federation Premier Bicakcic offered BiH National Bank Liquidator, Dudley an agreement for ending the liquidation along with the message that deposit accounts of the Bank, deposited at the Institution for Monetary Exchange cannot be frozen, for this is the debt that must be returned. Bicakcic in his agreement proposal also says that 9000 depositors who kept the money at the NB and used credit assets, approved for the government of R BiH in that time, should pay their debt back in equal weekly installments. Dudley also proposed purchase of the NB, for which the Daimler Benz concern is interested. Dudley also published the information on the NB liquidation which says that “by the decision of the Presidency about the NB liquidation and by adopting the plan on NB liquidation, the procedure of liquidation was opened as well as the procedure of determining the debts and liquidations of the BiH NB.”

Parliamentary parties’ representatives met in Banja Luka today. The meeting was concluded with the agreement on scheduling the term for the constitutive session of the RS National Assembly. The session is scheduled for October 29, said the present Assembly Chairman, Djokic.
