| BiH HoR Co-Chair Milojevic: Politicians should get involved in police reform
| BH Radio 1 – Co-Chair of the BiH House of Representatives Goran Milojevic [PDP] stated that it is possible to reach the solution that would include participating of the uniformed police and entity Interior Ministry in the single BiH police structure. Milojevic estimated that politicians should get involved in the police reform, in order to help experts to come out of the “dead end that the police reform came in”. |

| Members of Balkans Political Club conclude that free trade zone in West Balkans should provide dynamic cooperation between countries

Rulj – At the 9th 2-day international conference of the Balkans Political Club, called “BiH – Transition from Dayton to Brussels phase and role of International Community”, which ended up in Sarajevo on Sunday, participants of the conference concluded that the free trade zone in Western Balkans should assure dynamic regional cooperation and enable countries from this region to speed up the process of joining the European Union. Zorlak – with regards to the recent visit of the ICTY Chief Prosecutor, Carla del Ponte, to BiH, DL reports del Ponte was informed about serious problems prosecutions in BiH are facing when it comes to processing of war crimes cases. Del Ponte met, among others, the Chief BiH Prosecutor, Marinko Jurcevic, who warned that the prosecutions are having difficult times gathering evidences, which is made more difficult since many evidences are located in neighbouring countries. Jurcevic furthermore warned that the BiH Prosecution has only 12 prosecutors dealing with war crimes and that other, cantonal prosecutions do not have the appropriate backing too. Having said that, his opinion that some cases might take many years to get solved. |
