| TV PINK, RTRS – Resigning RS PM Dragan Mikerevic thinks that the RS Interior Ministry, together with its minister, police director and police structures financed from the RS budget that would work in accordance with the Constitution and Law on Internal Affairs of this entity, need to be a part of any future structure of police forces in BiH. Attorney Miroslav Mikes commented that the police reform has political motives so entity borders could be breached. | Dnevni Avaz pg 4 ‘SDA stands for 5 regions’ – SDA believes that the proposed map of 10 police regions reflects an unprincipled compromise and represents a deviation from the principle of professionalism and efficiency. “This can best be seen in the example of the police region with a seat in Foca, RS, instead of Gorazde, FBiH, which meets all the conditions, and the fact that the Sarajevo police region is reduced more or less to the city centre,” an SDA statement says. The SDA supports the map with five police regions and will advocate for the police regions to be harmonized with the regions covered by other law enforcement agencies. | SDP supports 5 police regions, HDZ proposes judicial reform to follow police | NTV Hayat – SDP also believes that the police division in five regions would be the best solution. SDP representative Damir Hadzic comments: “The proposal on 5 regions presents the best solution when it comes to professional standards, since it meets generally accepted standards. By 5 regions, the full effect is accomplished, and the facts which exist and which no one can deny are being respected.” HDZ believes that the implementation of the new police structure will start soon and that BiH is going to have the police in accordance with European standards. But still, they believe that some corrections should be made. | Dokic: Resignations are not final
| FTV, BHT 1, Dnevni Avaz pg 2 ‘Resignations not definitive’, SRNA – BiH Minister of Transport and Communications Branko Dokic said on Tuesday that his resignation and the resignations submitted by his PDP colleagues BiH Foreign Minister Mladen Ivanic and BiH Deputy Minister of Civil Affairs Zoran Tesanovic were not definitive. According to Dokic, the resignations might be withdrawn if the reasons for their submission are removed. This particularly refers to making of the crucial decisions outside state bodies including the Council of Ministers. PINK, RTRS –BiH Foreign Minister, Mladen Ivanic, stated after the CoM session that the legal deadline to relieve him of duty has already started and that Adnan Terzic has 30 days to take a stance on this issue. | Trebinje justice accuses OHR of interfering in Alijagic case

Risojevic – Retired Chairman of Trebinje County Court Slavko Sunjevic claims that OHR exerted pressure against him during procedure in the [Salih] Alijagic case [verdict ordered Trebinje municipality to pay out app. 37 million KM of war compensation to Alijagic]. He claims that the documents regarding the case were taken to OHR, and that OHR employees were present at the trial. Sunjevic says that he was present when the reports were opened by OHR employees and adds that they were very interested in the outcome of the voting in Alijagic case and how did the judges vote. According to Sunjevic, Daniel Ruiz, former OHR employee who left Trebinje after riots in 2001, addressed him a letter claiming that evidence that Sunjevic required was absolutely irrelevant and only aimed at delaying court proceedings.
