The B&H Presidency expects that the B&H Council of Ministers establishes diplomatic relations with the FRY, after solving of all disputable issues. The Presidency demanded urgent implementation of the Constitutional Court’s decision on constituent status of the three peoples in B&H. Presidency members still disagree on status of the Art Academy. The B&H Constitutional Court organised a session in Banja Luka today. The Court did not discuss on whether the High Representative is authorised to pass any laws in B&H, Tatjana Lajsic reported.

A US delegation met the RS Prime Minister, Milorad Dodik in Banja Luka. They signed an agreement on US financing a study for modernisation of a refinery in Bosanski Brod. They also discussed other possible development projects. Reported by Milorad Milojevic.

A meeting on status of Serbs in Federation prisons and on human rights took place in Banja Luka. The meeting was organised by the Ministry for Human Rights of the B&H Council of Ministers. Biljana Arsic produced the report.

Tuzla

Temporary occupants often destroy flats that they are evicted from. Such incidents are very frequent. The family Dedic is one of the examples – they returned to a flat, completely destroyed by temporary users. Such behaviour is treated as a criminal deed, Sanela Fazlic reported.

Sarajevo

45 nurses have attended a 6-month training, financed by the Swedish Government. Four seminars were organised: in Zenica, Dubrovnik, Laktasi and Sarajevo. Nurses received certificates on completed training today. Reported by Sevko Bajic.
