Kosovo

According to the “Sunday Times” from London, the KLA plans to attack certain areas in Serbia. A police control point was attacked last night on the border between Kosovo and Serbia. One policeman was killed, as well as one of the attackers. George Robertson demands that police forces be sent to Kosovo to stabilise the region. “Pobjeda” from Podgorica claims that the Yugoslav army sent its forces to the border crossing at Bozaj. Sandzak

Political parties from Sandzak demand those responsible for kidnapping 20 passengers from a train on the route between Belgrade and Bar that took place 7 years ago, to appear at court. The fate of the passengers remains unknown. It was requested that the international community and ICTY take part in this case.

Sarajevo

Owners of private petrol stations decided to close them. They requested the government to reduce taxes or to introduce higher prices of fuel, but their requests were not granted. Therefore, there is a lack of fuel in Federation B&H, and people already feel the consequences. The report was produced by OBN reporter Anes Alic.

Banja Luka

The Socialist Party of RS confirmed their decision to leave the Coalition Sloga, after their meeting behind closed doors. Reported by Natasa Ratkovic.

Sarajevo
