Tuzla
Refugees from Bare blocked roads Tuzla-Bijeljina and Tuzla-Zvornik, demanding return to their homes. They announced further protests on Monday. Reported by Adis Nisic.
Tomislavgrad
Citizens of Tomislavgrad organised peaceful protests yesterday afternoon. They protested against current situation of Croats in B&H, demanding murderers of Jozo Leutar, the former Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs to be found. The protests will continue. The report was produced by Branka Vrebac.
Yugoslavia
Polling stations in Yugoslavia will be opened in 10 hours. Serbia is divided into 26 election units. Both Yugoslav Army and the Montenegrin police announced that they would supervise the elections. The Yugoslav Foreign Ministry informed foreign diplomats in this country about the alleged attempt of the opposition to proclaim victory, regardless of the real election results. Montenegro
Several families left Montenegro in the last few days, fearing from possible war conflict. Montenegrin officials refused to participate in the elections because of changes in the Yugoslav Constitution in July. “I think that international officials understood our arguments, and that they accepted non-participation of Montenegro in the elections”, the Montenegrin President, Milo Djukanovic said. Due to increase of fuel prices, the USA will start using their strategic oil reserves.
Ministers of finance of 7 largest industrial world countries met in Prague. They discussed fuel prices and influence of the “black gold” on the world economy.
The US criticised the French Government for issuing a licence to a plane for flight to Iraq without permission from the World Organisation. The US called this “a direct violation of sanctions against Iraq”.
Japan and South Korea plan to grant a significant aid for North Korea.

Zenica
A delegation of the Kuwait Parliamentary Committee visited Zenicko-Dobojski Canton. They met local authorities and discussed possibility of further engagement of investors from Kuwait in B&H. Nela Kacmarcik produced the report.
Sarajevo
B&H does not have special border crossings for goods and livestock. “We will try to define categories of our border crossings”, the Director of the Border Service, Slavisa Vukovic said. Anes Alic produced the report.
Derventa
Croat refugees started returning to Posavina. There were 22 incidents so far. A Catholic chapel was destroyed for the second time in Plehan. The RS police have not found culprits yet. Regardless of this, refugees still want to return to their homes. The report was produced by Adis Saranovic.
Travnik
Croat refugees started returning to their homes in the village of Kosovo, near Travnik. 29 families are waiting for reconstruction of their homes.
Sarajevo
The Centre of Civil Initiatives and the “Oko” B&H NGO Network presented propaganda material that will be used for campaign of civil supervision of the B&H General Elections. Reported by Svjetlana Celic.

According to daily newspapers, the RS Government bought AUDI S 8, the most expensive car in the Car Exhibition in Skenderija. Price of the car is over DM 150 000. The “Brcko Gas” company from Brcko paid an advance. The real buyer is still unknown, Vedran Persic confirmed.

An organised ecological action of cleaning the river Buna and the surrounded area started in the region of Mostar, Sanel Kajan reported.
Sarajevo
The sculpture “Music Boat” was placed in front of the Railway Station in Sarajevo in May this year. It was made by the famous German artist, Helmut Lutz. B&H artists presented themselves to the public at this unusual stage. The report was produced by Meliha Hasanbegovic.
