The Joint Collegium of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly informed the High Representative Christian Schwarz-Schilling today that it had scheduled additional sessions of the House of Representatives for 18 September and the House of Peoples for 20 September to adopt pending priority legislation.
At these sessions, the Parliamentary Assembly will focus on passing the Law on Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, as well as Laws on Amendments to the Law on Council of Ministers and Changes to the Rules of Procedures of the House of Representatives linked to the vetting of candidates for ministerial posts.
The BiH Parliamentary Assembly Joint Collegium were represented by the following individuals: Martin Raguz, Chair of the BiH HoR; Sefik Dzaferovic, Deputy Chair of the BiH HoR; Nikola Spiric, Deputy Chair of the BiH HoR; Goran Milojevic, Chair of the BiH HoP; Mustafa Pamuk, Deputy Chair of the BiH HoP; and Anto Spaic, Head of Croat Caucus in the BiH HoP on behalf of Velimir Jukic, Deputy Chair of the BiH HoP.
