High Representative Valentin Inzko met with United Nations General Secretary Ban Ki-moon in New York today to inform him of the political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The High Representative expressed his support for to the ongoing political dialogue between political party leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina. „The positive momentum of the last few months can lead to real progress in the Euroatlantic integration process of the country. For this to happen, political leaders must keep the commitments that they have made“, Inzko told the UN Secretary General.
Later today, the High Representative will address the UN Security Council to present his regular six-month report on the implementation of the Dayton Peace Accords.
