The High Representative and EU Special Representative Valentin Inzko met today with a senior OSCE delegation, headed by the Special Envoy of the OSCE Chairman in Office, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Konstantin Zhigalov.
The meeting was an opportunity to review reforms in the field of education, local governance, rule of law and security co-operation. Inzko stressed the need for an inclusive political discourse, both in the context of constitutional reform and in relation to the campaign for the general elections in October.
