“Vaclav Havel was a great friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina; his message, that justice and love must win out over injustice and hatred, is particularly pertinent in Bosnia and Herzegovina today,” said High Representative Valentin Inzko on Friday.
The High Representative was attending the funeral of Vaclav Havel in Prague.
