High Representative Valentin Inzko, Ambassadors of the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council and representatives of international organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina met with the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia Serge Brammertz in Sarajevo today to receive an update on the status of cases before the ICTY. As the ICTY moves closer to the completion of its mandate, it is important that strong and capable judicial institutions are in place in Bosnia and Herzegovina to deal with war crimes cases independently and professionally.
