High Representative Christian Schmidt met with Michal Černy, Deputy Head of the OHR Office in Banja Luka, seconded by the Czech Government, on the occasion of the completion of his mandate.
Thanking him for his dedicated service, the High Representative praised Černy’s impartial support for the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Office of the High Representative, highlighting in particular his professionalism, steadfast commitment, and thoughtful engagement with partners across Republika Srpska.
“It has been a real pleasure working with you. Your contribution on the ground, especially in challenging moments, has been truly valued,” said High Representative Schmidt.
He wished Mr. Černy every success in his future endeavours.
