High Representative Christian Schmidt joined the Winter Olympics 2026 Opening Ceremony Live Streaming from Milan broadcasted at the Olympic Museum Sarajevo.
“The Olympic Games are a symbol of pride, unity, and hope. Those values are rooted in Sarajevo’s Olympic past. Such sporting events connect people across borders and generations, inspiring them to hold solidarity, resilience, and fair play in the highest regard,” said High Representative Schmidt.
He added that, in his personal opinion, Sarajevo and BiH remain a good place for the winter Olympic Games.
