The High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, today in letters extended his condolences to Mr Dzevad Hodzic and the Speaker of the RSNA, Dragan Kalinic, about the death of Fatima Hodzic, delegate of the RS National Assembly. “It was with deep regret and sorrow”, that he learned of the death of Fatima Hodzic, the High Representative said in his letter.
The fact that this tragedy occurred as she was travelling to Banja Luka to participate in a session of the RSNA on behalf of her constituents makes her untimely death all the more traumatic. The High Representative also extended his sympathies to Mrs Hodzic’s fellow party members in the Social Democratic Party and to all her colleagues in the Republika Srpska National Assembly.
