Grateful for a thoughtful exchange with Alain Berset, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, today in Sarajevo. The Council of Europe has been a strong pillar in BiH’s advancement in the areas of human rights, democracy and rule of law and its current path to EU membership. Proper implementation of ECHR decisions is necessary.
