The High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, has appointed Peter Korneck as international prosecutor to the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This appointment, made in accordance with the Law on the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is for two years from the date of assuming official duties, which should occur no later than 1 March 2006, and is subject to reappointment pursuant to the applicable BiH legislation.
