Deputy HR Pasztory Congratulates RSNA Elected Officials and Delegates

Deputy High Representative and Head of OHR Banja Luka Ms Clarisse Pasztory congratulated the new RS President, Milan Jelic, and Vice Presidents, Davor Cordas and Adil Osmanovic, who were sworn in at today’s inaugural session of the RS National Assembly, and wished them well.

Ms Pasztory also extended her congratulations to the new RS National Assembly Speaker, Igor Radojicic, Deputy Speaker, Nada Tesanovic and all delegates.

“The coming months and years will be extremely important and the RSNA will have its work cut out if Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina are to make progress towards EU integration,” Ms Pasztory said. “I congratulate all elected officials and wish them fruitful and productive mandates.”

Ms Pasztory, who took up her position as Head of OHR Banja Luka yesterday, added that: “The Office of the High Representative expects the RS National Assembly to work closely with the RS Government, state institutions and the international community to implement the reform agenda and make progress towards the signing of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the European Union.”
