Acting High Representative Louis J. Crishock attended the 31st anniversary commemoration of the Srebrenica genocide at the Srebrenica Memorial Centre in Potocari.
“Every victim had a name, a family, a life, and a future that was taken away from them.
Today, we honor the victims of the genocide in Srebrenica and share the grief of their families, whose loss can never be undone.
We owe it to those who came before us and to those who will come after us to uphold the truth and to support peace and reconciliation.
May the victims rest in peace. They will not be forgotten.”
