Acting High Representative Louis J. Crishock visited the memorial in the village of Serdari, Kotor Varoš municipality, where he paid tribute to the Serb civilian victims killed in the village in September 1992.
“Every civilian victim deserves to be remembered with dignity and respect. Honoring the memory of all civilian victims of war, regardless of their ethnicity or religion, strengthens mutual trust and understanding and helps build a peaceful and prosperous future for all in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Crishock.
